Ginger Japanese Bowl
Ingredients
fresh
- 150 g white rice
- 200 g eggplant
- 120 g broccolini
- 150 g ground beef
- 10 g pickled onions
frozen
- 50 g frozen shiitake mushrooms
- 50 g frozen peas
sauces
- 25 g lime juice
- 10 g furikake
- 15 g soy sauce
- 5 g ginger
Instructions
- cook white rice
- cook broccolini, then remove
- cook eggplant until soft
- add frozen mushrooms
- chopped and add the cooked broccolini
- move vegetables to the side to make room for the ground beef
- add ground beef and cook
- add frozen peas
- add everything to a bowl and serve
